Heritage Group Ltd., a Seattle-based real estate development firm, has an agreement to purchase the K2 property on Vashon Island, Washington. The agreement includes approximately 160,000 SF of buildings and 18 acres of land on two parcels. Heritage is underway with studies to determine the feasibility of converting the property to a mixed use, community-based center. Office, retail, recreation, medical, education, child care, arts, housing, manufacturing, and storage spaces will be available to lease or purchase.
